For domestic purchasers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are sent inside 5 to 7 working days or according to the delivery date agreed at the time of confirmation and delivery of the consignment subject to Courier Company. Technocrat Infotech Private Limited is not liable for any postponement in delivery by the Courier Company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Courier Company within 1 to 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or according to the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all the orders will be done to the enlisted address of the purchaser at all times (Except indicated during the time of Order Request). How the shipping charge is determined for various and few units?
a. The delivery charge depends on the gross weight of the item. For multiple items ordered from the same category, the program includes the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single shipment fee.
b. The weight of the item has been inherent into the shipping charge of each item. This will be automatically added along with the item cost at the payment stage.
